Who Benefited The Most From Affirmative Acton?
It is a misconception that African American have reaped the most benefits from Affirmative Action. In fact white females have benefited the most from Affirmative Action Programs. They have received more jobs, promotions and benefits as a result of it than blacks and any other minorities. Affirmative Action was never designed exclusively for blacks and yet the public sees it as such. The reason for this common belief is because of African-American’s monumental and public civil rights struggle which resulted in Affirmative Action laws. It is a fact that white women will be the biggest losers if Affirmative Action is abolished.
