Who believes that without intelligent design, there wouldn be a chicken or an egg?
The people who believe this would be called Creationists. I am not one of them. Intelligent Design is the PC term for Creationism. There is a reason this category is in the Religion section. Please also note that in Creationism, abiogenesis (life arising from non-life) is not separate issue, but the reverse is not true. Evolution and abiogenesis are separate.
