According to a study performed by researchers from Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the after-effects of a night of boozing can be felt long after the alcohol has left the system. Up to 95 participants took part in the study, which lasted 2 nights in duration. The participants were assigned to either receive a placebo or alcoholic beverage and were subjected to a number of tests to check their ability to function at a normal level of capacity.
