The Internet Stage Participant with the maximum number of votes from her/his country becomes the Participant of the Super Final and represents her/his own country. If the Contest Song does not meet all the requirements of the EuroVoice Rules & Regulations, the Organizing Committee will invite the second most popular Participant from this country to the Super Final.
