Watching his relay team take the gold on Saturday was truly amazing. We even let my son stay up late to watch because this was history being made in his lifetime that he will always remember. I remember Mark Spitz from my childhood. I’m not overly into swimming, but watching him set this record has been great. I also thought it was nice that after the pre-season Baltimore Ravens game they put the race on the jumbo screen so the fans could see their hometown hero make history.
