Who bares the cost of transportation in case of rejection?

0

Ideally a rejection should never happen as the specifications & description of the product/ service should be well defined and the buyers should know exactly what they are buying and the product/ service shipped should be exactly the same that was agreed to. However in the unlikely case that a product is rejected because of damage/ deterioration in shipment, wrong delivery or any other reason, the payment of transportation (& any other payments) will be based on what was mutually agreed to by the buyer & seller before hand.
