Who attends the LEAP Leadership Programs? Will each participant benefit equally from such an experience?
Much of how we determine whether or not an individual is accepted into a LEAP program is contingent upon the phone interview we require with every applicant. At LEAP, we are not looking to accept only those who have been a model student up until now. We strive to have diversity within our programs, and seek to admit participants from a variety of backgrounds, who will help us create the type of effective and inspiring environment for all participants to wholly achieve what LEAP has to offer. We provide every student with the opportunity to achieve the maximum amount of insight from our programs, and our phone interviews help us to select those individuals who we believe will take advantage of such an invaluable opportunity.
