People like John Hester. After five years in nonprofits, John Hester decided to go back to graduate school to prepare and position himself to be a better management professional. John spent his first year out of college as a community organizer in a public housing development; working with a wide variety of service providers and managers, he learned the level of impact organizations can have at the ground level.
