Who attends the Daily Scrum?
The team attends the Daily Scrum, to inspect what each other did the day before, what each other is planning to do and to make adaptations to maximise their chances of delivering what they’ve committed to for that Sprint. These are the “Pigs” of the Sprints, that is the ones who have skin in the game. Anyone else is free to attend but they are not allowed to say anything, make facial gestures that imply approval or disapproval – they are required to be invisible; they are there to listen only.
