Who attends SABR conventions?
Mainly SABR members and their guests. However, non-members were welcome. There is no test a person must pass to become an active SABR member. All that’s asked of members is that they have an interest in baseball research, statistics, or history. Past & Future Sites The founding meeting of SABR held in 1971 at Cooperstown was counted as the first SABR convention.
