Who attends Apache Parent Orientation?
Parents, grandparents, and/or guardians of first-year students are invited to attend one of the 5 sessions offered throughout the summer. These sessions coincide with Apache Orientation, so family members are can travel to Tyler Junior College with their student. This is not mandatory for parents, but is highly encouraged because it will provide you with the opportunity to meet informally with administrators and faculty members. Participants of APO will also learn more about the academic, social, and financial aspects of Tyler Junior College.
