Who are Totally Truro and how will the BID be delivered?
Driving forward Truro’s BID is Totally Truro, a not-for-profit limited company, led by business people like yourself trading in the City; people who are passionate about Truro and equally passionate about its future. Their vision is to ‘create a well promoted, safe, vibrant, attractive and well managed City Centre for customers, employees, businesses and investors.’ Since September 2005, you have told us what you like about Truro, what lets the City down and how it can be improved. In return, we have listened and drawn up a list of five project themes which we are convinced will increase footfall, improve the vibrancy of Truro and make it a more attractive place to trade.
