Who are the utility providers at Marley Park?
TOP Who will be maintaining the neighborhood tree-lined streets? The trees are maintained by the Community Life Team. Throughout the neighborhoods, water for the trees is drawn from the homeowners’ water source. Maintenance of ground cover in front of homes is the responsibility of the homeowners. TOP What is a CFD? A CFD is a Community Facilities District. The CFD is a city-approved bond with funds used for community infrastructure improvements. In the absence of a CFD, infrastructure improvements would be achieved through additional Community Life Team Fees. The CFD is assessed through the property tax, and is currently deductible for purposes of calculating federal and state income taxes. The Marley Park CFD is not expected to exceed $3.30 per $100.00 of secondary assessed valuation of property, for as long as the bonds are outstanding.
