Who are the users of the Adapted Social Security Strategy & Action Plan Toolbox?
The users of the Toolbox are all of the actors involved in the design, implementation and evaluation of ASSAPs: policy makers, technical teams from ministries of employment, health, social protection or finance, as well as technical cooperation projects, social security funds, managers of health mutual organizations, cooperatives, NGOs or civil society organizations, social partners, donors, trainers, researchers, etc.
