I found the top 25 wholesale lenders in a single recent list. I found 1 list that covers 50 but the information is from 1992. So the info was a bit stale. The number 1 lender is Lehman Brothers, followed by GMAC, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Key Bank, PNC Bank One, CIBC, First Union, Fleet and Deutsche Banc.
