The Third Party Audit Agency for each SWAN network is being identified in a two-stage process. Department of IT, through a competitive bidding process, have empanelled six agencies who are identified as technically qualified agencies to take up the job of Third Party Auditing for SWANs at various states and UTs. These Agencies are Ernst & Young, PriceWaterHouse Coopers, KPMG, TCIL, Equant Technology Services and PCS Technology. To select the TPA Agency for a states and UTs, the designated SWAN implementation agencies in resopective regions are required to float a limited tender for these six empanelled agencies to get a proposal for TPA of their respective network. It is expected that depending on the size of the network, other requirements and conditions, such proposal would vary from state to state.
