The people who have the best financial education ! The financial standing in SA is changing rapidly at present as the previously “disadvantaged” are now in a position to invest their money intelligently. I think I read recently that SA now spends 70% of its monthly income on repaying old debt. I also think that white South Africans may have had the most money a few years ago but that has changed dramatically. Please no attacks on me for using white/coloured words – this is how our country is described and rated in the demographics of our country during Statistics SA’s reports.
