Who are the people of Athabasca Universitys Digitization Team?
• Sherry Coffey (MA) – Repository Network & Content Specialist Sherry Coffey has been at AU since January 2005. In 2006, along with Tony Tin and Yang Cao, she was recipient of the AU Sue and Derrick Rowlandson Memorial award for service excellence. Also in 2006, an excerpt of her novel manuscript, A Pattern of Walking, was awarded the Writers Federation of New Brunswick’s Richards Prize for fiction. She has two poems published in the current issue of Room Magazine, and in October 2008, Coffey was one of ten artists chosen for a Lieutenant Governor of Alberta Emerging Artist Award. • Colin Elliott (BComm, MA)- Digitization Specialist Colin Elliott has been Digitization Specialist for two years – since the beginning of the AU Library’s Digitization effort. He has worked on all of the Digitization Portal collections as well as the successful Mobile ESL project (http://eslau.ca).
