Who are the people behind JOB1 and when was it established?
JOB1 was organized by a group of Filipino businessmen from the Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and Professionals (BCBP) and Ligaya ng Panginoon (LNP) Catholic communities and Global Direct Pty. Ltd. of Queensland, Australia. JOB1 is the advocacy of the Filipino partners to help improve the lives of Filipinos by helping them find the right jobs and/or engage in a productive social entrepreneurial activity promoting and delivering JOB1’s services through the NAGNENEGOSYO KA NA, NAKAKATULONG KA PA! program. JOB1 was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on July 21, 2006. And on May 3, 2007, it received its Board of Investments’ Certificate of Registration as a New I.T Export Service Firm in the Field of Web Development and Management.
