Renaissance Pointe is a unique public/private partnership between the City of Fort Wayne and multiple private sector companies. Renaissance Pointe’s 350 new homes will be will built by three of the region’s top homebuilders: Delagrange Homes, Ideal Builders and Lancia Homes. The Master Developer for the neighborhood is Indianapolis-based Mansur Real Estates Services, one of the Midwest’s leading real estate development companies focusing on urban revitalization. Two local banks, National City Bank and Fifth Third Bank, have agreed to provide attractive mortgage loan products for buyers in Renaissance Pointe. In addition, National City Community Development Corporation provided financing for the construction of six model homes and renovation of the SmartGreen home.
