LifeScience Corporation is the original licensee of University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center on the vitamin formulation. LSI America Corporation acquired 80% controlling interest in LifeScience Corporation in May, 1995, so it is the parent company of LifeScience Corporation.
