The owner is Agroganadera Pinilla S.A., a Costa Rican corporation founded in 1974. The board of directors is comprised of Arnoldo Lpez Echandi, Rodolfo Echeverra, and H.G. Pattillo. Mr. Pattillo is also the head of the company and is a well known developer in the southeastern United States. The management team consists of a group of talented Costa Rican professionals with extensive experience in their areas of expertise. Mauricio Estrada, the general manager, has been with the project since 2002.
