Residents of Glendale are the most important From the Heart partners. You have made From the Heart successful by generously contributing to the program. Quality of Life Community Services, Inc. administers the program and paricipates on the From the Heart Committee, that evaluates and distributes funds to eligible agencies. This organization is made up of over fifty member agencies that provide assistance to Glendale residents, and has been providing solutions to human service needs in Glendale by identifying and coordinating available resources since 1972.
