Who Are the Nazarenes?

The Nazarenes are Jews who follow the teachings of the original apostles of Jesus. They still follow the Torah and abide by all Jewish customs and practices including the Sabbath, however, they believe that Jesus (Yeshua) is the true Messiah and only follow certain original books of the New Testament. The reason that only certain books of the New Testament are followed by the Nazarenes is because some of the books in the current New Testment were introduced by the Catholic church over the centuries have been questioned by many, including Martin Luther. The Nararenes are considered a legitimate Jewish Sect and are in no way affilliated with any Christian denomination, so Gentiles claiming to be a Nazarenes probably do so out of lack of understanding.
