The Muses were greek nine Greek goddesses who inspired the arts in mortals. Why doesn’t Mr. M carry a picture of his girlfriend? He knows what she looks like. And she teaches about ten feet away. What is an FAQ? FAQ stands for “frequently asked question.” What is WASC? Wasc stands for the “Western Association of Schools and Colleges” and is an accredidation organization. In order to ensure that a diploma from a shool actually means something, WASC monitors schools. There is, of course, a lot of paperwork involved. In essence WASC can accredit a school for three years or six years. Part of the process is that a team of inspectors visits the school for a few days. Needless to say, WASC visitations cause a lot of anxiety….. What does “ESLR” stand for? ESLR is an acronym for “Expected Student Learning Results” or “Expected Schoolwide Learning Results” (the bureaucrats can’t seem to decide). It is essentially what a student should be able to do after four years at our illustrious school.
