Who Are the Missionary Oblates?
The Missionary Oblates are one of the world’s largest congregations of religious men. Our community was founded in France in 1816 by St. Eugene De Mazenod. Today, we have more than 4,500 Oblate priests and brothers serving in 71 countries. We are a Catholic community, and we take the vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience. Please see Our Mission.
