Who are the members in the Joint Job Evaluation Committee?
The Joint Job Evaluation Committee is composed of USW members who have been released from their positions to work for the Union and University management and human resources staff. The committee members have worked together to create the job evaluation tool and will be responsible for rating the jobs to ensure pay equity compliance.
