Who are the mediators at Globis?
Globis has a national panel of over 30 mediators. All our mediators comply with the EU Code of Conduct for mediators and are trained by Globis. Clive Lewis, Founder and Managing Director of Globis is still a ‘hands-on’ mediator. Clive is a former HR Director and a CEDR accredited mediator. His book ‘The Definitive Guide to Workplace Mediation’ was published in January 2009. Clive also chairs the Civil Mediation Council’s workplace committee. Although Clive is a trained commercial mediator, his experience as a former HR director is often as an advantage for organisations that have employment related disputes.
