Who are the managers and what are their responsibilities?
The pool management has been contracted by the City of Montgomery with a local management company, Cincinnati Pool Managemen who are the managers and what are their responsibilities. The pool manager is Noah Randall. Heather Weymoth is the assistant pool manager. The responsibility of managing the pool alternates between these these managers throughout the week and they communicate with each other daily. Any one of these people are willing to assist with any pool concerns or issues with the day–to-day operation of the pool and staff. It is the manager’s responsibility to oversee the operations of the front desk, ID production, swim lessons, water quality, guard staffing, cleanliness of the facility, stocking of the concession stand and concerns of the pool membership or patrons.
