Who are the major stakeholders of the charter school?
• The Board: Every charter school is required by law to have a board of directors that is ultimately responsible for what the school does. Legally, the board oversees the operations of the school and makes sure it is financially sound and follows the law. The Board also helps to create the vision for how the school should operate and often is compiled of parents and community stakeholders. • The School: The staff, teachers, administrators, and support personnel are ultimately responsible to plan and carry out and manage the day to day activities of the school. • The Management: The Management team is responsible for the oversight of the entire operations.
