future Mentors (Industry Mentors) support final year M and M Peer Mentors, Wellbeing Buddies and Sport Mentor/Befrienders with their employability prospects. future Mentors: • Share their knowledge and experience to students so that they can gain an insight into the career that they wish to follow • Give general advice about career routes, employability and transferable skills, overcoming potential barriers, graduate placements, benefits for working in the private and public sectors and even abroad!
