They are members of CI staff in Regional Programs and key headquarters Divisions who promote institutional learning and collaboration. Learning Dynamos can be drawn from operations; research; fundraising; communications; or conservation project implementation. Their communication skills and concerns about the future of the organization matter more than their background or level of authority at CI. In their programs, they facilitate access to and flow of information and expertise; contribute to enhance utility and functionality of Learning Networks and Global Teams; and connect people – to learn, plan together, and collaborate in key program areas. Learning Dynamos are expected to devote 10-30% of their time (based upon discussion with Regional Program leaders) to stimulate collaboration and institutional learning.
