BM: Emma Kagan-Moore is playing the role of Helen Keller. Emma is incredible to work with because she is amazingly talented but it is like she is an old soul — she has such a maturity and depth about her. I am blessed to have her working on this project with me. When I was first given this show to direct, I worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a child actor to be convincing as a blind a deaf child.
