You or your company may be a member of the Settlement Class if you/they engaged the services of Marsh, any other Broker or one of their subsidiaries or affiliates in connection with purchase or renewal of insurance or reinsurance from any insurer between August 26, 1994 and September 1, 2005 The Settlement Class does not include: • persons or entities who settled an actual or threatened lawsuit or other proceeding with Marsh and released Marsh from any further claims concerning their purchase of Insurance, including, but not limited to, any persons or entities who participated in and received money in connections with Marshs settlement with the Attorney General of the State of New York and the Superintendent of Insurance of the State
