Who are the HKSI board members? What do they do?

The Board, or the Board of Directors, is the highest level of power of the Institute. Board members are elected by HKSI individual members during the Annual General Meeting (AGM). In addition, SFC will also appoint 3 representatives into the Board. All Board members are senior market practitioners.
