Who are the gods and what role do they play in greek society?
The twelve main gods and goddesses in Greek Society are: Zesus, Hera, Athena, Aries, Apollo, Artemis, Demeter, Dionysus, Hephaestus, Hermes, and Posiden. Their role was that they were somebody to look up to and worship. They myths that were told about them explained many things that the Greek people at the time couldn’t answer.
