Who are the Friends of the Fairground Heritage Trust?

0

People interested in the work of the Trust have often been unaware of its activities and future plans. In an attempt to rectify this situation, a Friends Group was reformed in 2003. One of the aims of this group is to publish a regular newsletter keeping all Friends up to date on any developments, and also to publish regular articles setting some of the items from the Trust’s extensive collections in their historic context. To join the Friends Group we would ask that you make a regular (at least annual) donation of a minimum of 10. Funding is urgently needed for the Trust to continue its work. The Friends Group does not have a formalised membership, and is based purely on voluntary donations. In administering the group in this way, the Trust is not liable for VAT (as it would be on membership fees), and additionally can benefit from Gift Aid. If you would like to make a donation and become a friend, please visit our Make a Donation page.
