Who are the Freereading Network administrators, and how do I contact them?

There’s a file which keeps track of all the readers’ aliases and passwords, whether they are Active (currently taking readings) or Inactive, on which days they are taking readings, how many readings they are taking per day, and how many they have left today. Requests are passed out on a rotating basis to each available reader. Once all the available readings for the day have been assigned, clients will see a message encouraging them to come back tomorrow. Return So, just how does this reader rotation system work?
