Who are the Diversity Best Practices Council members and what are their responsibilities?
The Diversity Best Practices (DBP) Council is made up of best practices companies who are members of Diversity Best Practices. The Council has the responsibility of exploring issues for in-depth discussion amongst fellow diversity practitioners. The Council makes recommendations to the staff of Diversity Best Practices on issues and areas of emerging importance within the practice of diversity to ensure the entire membership of Diversity Best Practices remains on the cutting edge of diversity management. Membership within the Council provides an opportunity for diversity leaders to engage one another in in-depth dialogues around the complex issues they are facing within their respective companies. Council members make a commitment to the membership of Diversity Best Practices to participate in three of the four established Council meetings during the calendar year.
