Who are the developers of Four Seasons Private Residences?
The project will be developed by EHC Maroc SA (the “Developer”), a company owned by European Hotels Corporation Limited, Alliances Developpement Immobilier of Morocco and majority shareholder Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), who are one of the largest and most diversified hospitality investment companies in the Middle East and Africa. The development shall subsequently be managed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, founded in 1960 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Four Seasons currently has 71 hotels in 31 countries around the world and a further 20 under development. Recognized as the world leader in luxury hotels, Four Seasons has set the standard for luxury hospitality and highly personalised 24hr service.
