How can we trust them? Hermosa Hills Developers have experience partly in Costa Rica and partly in San Francisco, USA. Part of the group has experience building many of the mulit-million dollar homes and condos in the highly successful Los Suenos Marriott and Marina project. A partner in the project is a well respected architect from Carmel, California with experience designing projects that are eco-friendly, built to fit the dramatic terrain of northern California and are seismic compatible. Another partner is a civil engineer with a lifetime of impressive experience with one of the world’s largest construction companies.
