Streetside Developments Corporation (an affiliate of the Qualico Group of Companies) and Sunstone Resort Communities Corporation (an affiliate of FWS Construction Ltd.) are the developers for Stonecrest. The general contractor is FWS Construction Ltd. and the project architect is Stantec Architecture.
