These dentists are well established, with successful dental practices. Our prescription card may be used at our participating pharmacies nationwide, as well as through mail order. The vision care benefits are available nationwide at more than 12,000 providers, and our chiropractic benefits may be used with more than 7,500 credentialed chiropractors.
