There are several defendants in this lawsuit, including numerous individual Enron officers, the Enron Savings Plan Administrative Committee, retirement plan trustee Northern Trust, accounting firm Andersen LLP, a number of investment banks including Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as well as Enrons primary legal counsel Vinson and Elkins.
