Who are the current partners of Jernimo Martins?
In Portugal, the Group’s partner in the Food Distribution area is Royal Ahold, in Jernimo Martins Retalho, which includes the Feira Nova and Pingo Doce banners. In the Manufacturing area, Jernimo Martins has a joint venture with Unilever that is more than half a century old, which has resulted in the Unilever-Jernimo Martins company. In specialised retail, Jernimo Martins Distribuio de Produtos de Consumo holds 51% of the Hussel chocolates chain, while the remaining 49% are held by the German Douglas AG Group. It also has a 27.5% stake in PUIG Portugal, and a 49% stake in Caterplus, the remaining portion is held by Sugal-Idal.
