Who are the coaches that Jared hires to help him?
I hire local coaches who have played or are still playing at the college level. All of my coaches have past experience coaching. My reason for hiring this way is because I want to use them as a motivational tool for campers. I want to show the campers that the staff and I all were in their shoes at one point, but we worked hard and tried to learn as much as we could and went on to make it at the next level. I teach the campers how to use their “White Collar Smarts, with a Blue Collar Heart” and prove to them that it really does work!
