We only recruit both experienced and qualified candidates. We interview candidates who preferably have Ofsted registration, qualification a valid CRB, a valid First Aid Certificate and a minimum of two years of full-time childcare experience. We inspect original copies of all qualifications and certificates and run adequate checks with previous employers and institutes.
