Who are the best vendors for Workforce Planning software?
It all depends what you are looking for in a Workforce Planning solution. We are doing a study this summer on best practices for the Workforce Planning Roundtable and will share with members in September. The big names are InfoHRM, Vemo, Aruspex – with solutions also provided by SAP and other vendors. I do not think there is currently a leading SW solution for the WFP definition we use at the Roundtable: planning of the workforce linked to financial planning, with metrics showing the improved performance of the workforce over time and with an option to match critical skills to internal and external talent pools.
