Basetsana Kumalo – she has amazing cross-over appeal, is aesthetically appealing (good looking and has a good image), she is genuine, she is herself (effortless). Jeannie D – she has a good personality and it’s easy to relate to her. She is fabulous and is convincing that she is living a good life.
