It has been about 10 years ago, but I found my computer rebooted at night and uploading my files to China. I would compliment the Chinese for consistently cracking through networks. The Ukranians are the hackers I hold in awe for knowing the security mechanisms on Vista before Vista was released. The Russians seem to be able to crack anything and everything. Americans are sliding and mainly due to all the offshoring our government allowed.
